You can balance your own chakras, or you can work on someone else to balance their chakras. There are many ways to balance chakras and I encourage you to research different methods. One way to balance your chakras or those of another person is to lie down in a quite peaceful place and close your eyes. Clear your mind and relax.

This make take some practice to actually see each color, but once you get the hang of it, it will be much faster to see the colors in your minds eye and then you can balance each chakra for yourself or others. There are physical exercises that can also help balance the chakras and help the energy flow smoothly through your body. Here are a few very simple exercises that are beneficial.
